• Examine effective staff recruitment and retention strategies that strengthen the WIC workforce across various roles for an inclusive and representative workforce.
• Describe approaches to recruiting and retaining qualified nutrition professionals (e.g., RDs and nutritionists) and how these efforts support high-quality service delivery.
• Explore strategies to support staff retention through belonging, connection, and collective care, and how fostering a supportive work environment can strengthen workforce engagement and well-being.
